Opening account:
Regular procedure, you fill in a form regarding desired user ID, password, name, adress etc. You also have to select your preferred account currency (SEK, USD or EURO), and choose a method of payment (deposit through a bank transfer or by creditcard).
This is very easy and it takes you about 2-3 minutes to complete.

Transactions:
Two ways to deposit money into your bettingaccount at Gwbet – by a bank transfer and by creditcard.
By bank you are able to deposit with cash or cheque into one of the five bankaccount that Gwbet has at banks around Europe. The deposit will be registrered about 5-7 days after you’ve made the deposit at your bank.
VISA and Mastercard are the accepted creditcards at Gwbet. However, before letting you deposit any funds by creditcards, Gwbet will ask you to fill in a form regarding yourself and your creditcard. Then it takes up to 24 hours before you can make your first deposit. Very good by Gwbet here, because it removes the possibility of creditcard frauds.
Withdrawals are made directly into your own bankaccount. Gwbet request a copy of your valid ID to ensure that the payout goes to the correct individual.
Very good procedures at Gwbet for money transactions because security is very important. Some would say the procedures are too cumbersome, but it is done this way to ensure secure transactions, and it is to the best of both parts, really.

Navigation:
Navigation is a cakewalk at Gwbet’s website. Menubars and button direct you to your exact destination. You are able to select between German, English, Dutch, Italian, French, Spanish and Swedish languagebased navigation at Gwbet’s mainpage. Very good.

Design:
Nice design with use of good graphical aid. Mixed use of pictures and plain text makes the pages very good. Clearly one of the best looking bookies on the web at this moment. Pages are not difficult to download despite use of buttons and pictures. Very nice indeed.

Graphics:
Good use of graphics as I mentioned above. Not excessive use, however just enough to make it look really nice. The pages are also easy downloadable despite of the use of good graphics, and it’s important for a punter that his bookie is easy accessable.

Bet procedure:
Standard procedure here as at most other bookies, you select your desired league or event and pick out your winners. Then you confirm your selection, and a window displaying your selections and bettingoption pops up. In this window you are able to select the bettingoption you want to use; singles, doubles, trebles etc. of your selections. However, you are not able to select your desired stake for each and single slip. If you have 5 singles, you have to use the same stake at all the singles. If you want to have different stakes on each single you have to redo this procedure for each single bet. Gwbet does not have ready-to-go systems for you, which some other bookies (UNIbet, Expekt ++) have for a selected amount of bettingobjects.
Easy bettingprocedure, however selecting a certain stake for each of your singles is almost a must these days, or else the average punter will use all his time doing the betting procedure over and over again each time he wants to bet on several singles. Also pre-made systems could come in handy.

Service:
Nice service at Gwbet. I have not experienced any problems with this bookie as yet, and have not heard of anyone else having trouble either. E-mails are replied as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. It is also possible to give Gwbet service a phone-call, and they also have their own Teletext at CNN.

Reliability:
Austrian bookies, like Gwbet, are always highly reliable. Also the procedure of money transactions gives you an impression of a very serious bookie. And a bookie that put security high, is always a reliable bookie.

Odds:
Gwbet offer alright odds on their offered events. They rarely glimmer with their presence at the top of the odds comparison charts, but it does happen from time to time. I have never experienced they the odds have been too low compared to the rest of the market, and it’s very good that maintain a certain level on their odds.

Events on offer:
Gwbet has, as most other bookies, a good variety of events on offer. A mixture of long-terms and normal bets is offered.
- Soccer: Offer odds on the major leagues in Europe. However, on the minor leagues like second and third division in England, there’s a treble minimum. Also over/unders and handicaps are offered on the games from the major leagues. Also long-terms are offered where you can bet on league winners.
- Icehockey: NHL games offered (1X2), however the treble minimum rule apply here also.
- Basketball: NBA games offered (moneyline), with the mentioned treble minimum rule.
- Motorracing: Odds on Formula One racing is offered, for example the winner of the coming season.
- Also a selection of specials is offered like winners of certain sportsevents. Wintersports is represented here.
Somewhat skinny offer in my opinion and the fact that you have to bet treble minimums on certain events, makes me deduct some points on the rating. Gwbet has some work to do in this area to become one the leading bookies on the web.
Our rating: 5/10

Verdict:
Total score 80/100
Great bookie which only lack two things; a greater selection of events on offer, and singles on all events! If Gwbet can expand their offer, I’m sure they attract more customers.
