Opening account:
Opening an account at Pinnacle takes about 20 minutes including receiving the registration e-mail. You fillout a registration form where you put in all your personal details. After this, you can choose your password which will be of course necessary to place a bet later on. About 10-20 minutes later, you receive an email with your username included ( no possibility to choose a username ) and informations about depositing.

Transactions:
Pinnacle accepts a wide range of ways to deposit. InstaCash, Netteller, Visa, Mastercard, BankWire, WebMoney, Moneybookers, Visa Electron, Delta, and Instadebit are the possible deposit methods which should fit in everybodys possibility who wants to use an online bookie. The deposits are usually accepted in the regular time ( for example Moneybookers money is around 20 minutes later on your account ) which works quite fine using Pinnacle. At the moment the minimum deposit is 50$ (or equivalent) while there is a 10% signup bonus available for deposits higher than 250$.

Navigation:
The whole site is kept pretty simple but not bad done. At the left there is a menu where you can choose the way of pricing ( decimal / American ) and the personal account section where you can check all your details about your bettingaccount. After logging in, you just see all events available for stake in the front of you. At the top on the right side there is a small navigation for news for some sports. The only negative aspect is the fact that special bets are only available after clicking on the 'props' next to a betting event, but that is something you get used to after using Pinnacle a couple of times.

Design:
Easy to overview the whole structure of the page without many animated banners or stuff like that. The whole site is kept in white and darkblue which are the colors of Pinnacle. Traditional bookie design without any bigger features which fullfills the sense it was created for.

Graphics:
As mentioned, not really many graphics on the Pinnacle site available but still the homepage looks reliable and easy to navigate. A small arrow in 3 different styles shows if an event is available for wagering / will be available soon / currently not in offer. Simple design which still looks quite good.

Bet procedure:
After clicking on the league / event you want to place a bet on, all possible outcomes ( beside special bets ) are shown and you can choose the stake you want to make on an event. Limits are always shown at the top of each league or sport and you have the possibility to make several bets at the same site. After placed your stake, you click on the 'submit wagers' button and you get an overview of the selected bets and have to confirm it with typing your password again.

Service:
Kind of a good service including telephone and mail service. E-Mails are usually answered within a maximum of a couple of hours. There is no feature of a livechat for livesupport which can be quite useful while it's easier to get the help asked for via E-Mail than via phone. Friendly and customer oriented service, but not the best on the net in my eyes.

Reliability:
'Pinnacle Sports is located on the island of Curacao, one of the islands of the Netherlands Antilles.' The license Pinnacle is operating with can be seen as one of the most trustable available for bookmakers and Pinnacle is known as a solid and trustful bookie at probably most punters. Without any doubt, the chance that this bookie disappears with your money is around 0.
Our rating: 10/10

Odds:
By far, Pinnacle is the number 1 on the American Sports market. NBA Spread of 1.95 on both sides prove that Pinnacle has an acceptable margin including a huge offer of especially NBA, MLB and NFL. The soccer odds are at the top of the internet market as well. Additional point for the big offer on special events as Ultimate Fighting Championship or Cycling.
Our rating: 9/10

Events on offer:
Pinnacle is the market leader for American Sports such as NBA, MLB or NFL. Their offer in American Sports is the best available on the net ( they are known for being the no.1 bookie for that kind of sports ) while their offer on Soccer is quite good to. Only negative aspect is the fact that asian lines are not available for lower divisions often, but still a tempting offer by Pinnacle looking at their huge range of sports. Tennis of course is also available same as some more exotic events like Cycling, Ultimate Fighting Championship or Golf. It's possible to say that with Pinnacle you are able to place a bet on the most events you want to place bets on ( without taking into consideration leagues as 4th leagues in Germany or 3rd divisions from Denmark ).
Our rating: 8/10

Verdict:
Total score 83/100
Pinnacle should be your number 1 bookmaker in case you are betting regularly on American Sports. No other bookies has such nice offers and good odds on these markets while the soccer event offer and odds are at a pretty high standard as well. Especially if you are aware of so called 'buy-in licenses' for bookmakers, the reliability of Pinnacle should be a deciding factor for your choice.
